Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer you a refund.

Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in New condition.

  • New Only: Items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Used Items: Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products.

Defective vs. Non-Defective Returns

Defective/Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will accept the return and provide a full refund or replacement.

Non-Defective Products: We accept returns for non-defective items (e.g., change of mind) as long as the item is in New/Unopened condition.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Return Method & Shipping

Method: All returns must be returned via drop-off at a carrier location.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • For Defective/Damaged Items: We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • For Customer Remorse (Non-Defective): The customer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your Order Number and reason for the return.
  3. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
